Googly Eyes: Mr Nosey
This strict guy was keeping an eye on things down at the dock.
I think he was a inspector of some kind.
He stood right in the middel where the road split.
Mr. Nosey was keeping a close eye to all action, on both the right and left side.
I gave him a closer look, and saw he had these cute freckles. Made him look more friendly then just strict.
