The Story of Pacman, a Minnow and a Superhero

It has been a while since I last participated in #googlyprize by @googlyeyes. It is one of the cutest contests I know on Steemit and it does a great job in spreading positive vibes around. During a short break in my tutoring class today with my student, I was looking through my googlyeyes and sticking tape behind each eye when my student asked me what I do with these googlyeyes so I showed her the last winning post from @googlyeyes. I especially introduced @photoquest's GIFs which I am a huge fan of to her. Immediately, she asked if we could try to participate this week with two brains, hers and mine. Hehe. So here goes!

In the ocean, there was a minnow living happily named Phil. He lived one of the loneliest life because the rest of his species had almost been wiped out due to pollution. He was just waiting for his turn to go.

One day, Pacman who had been exiled from the land appeared in the ocean. As usual, he was the villain who would eat up anything in his way and he met Phil. Phil saw Pacman drawing nearer and nearer but he did not run, as he was thinking he was accepting his 'fate'. He was thinking: It is better to be extinct than to be dealt by human's activities which equally show no mercy. Pacman had gotten hold of Phil when suddenly.....

Supertoothpick appeared! With his great valiance and courage, he fought with Pacman and defended Phil. Pacman saw Supertoothpick was much bigger than him and he had his toothpick skills which seemed hard to he defeated, so Pacman ran away as fast as he could. Safe at last, Supertoothpick told Phil that even he is the last standing minnow, he could still fight for his life and not to embrace death as his destiny. Now, he need not be alone because he can follow Supertoothpick to gather the other orphans as well. From that day on, Phil became a faithful follower of Supertoothpick so that one day he too could grow up and save the other orphans in the ocean, like what Supertoothpick did for him.

These are made out of the snacks available at my student's house. They are pistachio nuts and almond nuts put together by sugar syrup. It is quite an addictive snack.

For some reason, this fictional story made me think of the famous children hit song, Baby Shark. Let me introduce it to you if you haven't heard of it:
