As the contemporary exigencies of modish world are getting savage day by day, the survival battles become much tougher in corporate culture too.

By the end of foregoing weekend rumors were occurred from inside this tech giant about a MEMO written by its ex-employee “JAMES DAMORE” who was recently fired over his gender discriminating set of ideologies based on 10 pages. Google claims that the MEMO evolve around on biological differences about male and female in tech industries, he furthermore criticized about the clashes and disputes of stubbornness between the agreements ruined the entire ambiance of the corporate culture.

JAMES FURTHER MARKED HIS STATEMENT

"It saddens me to leave Google and to see the company silence open and honest discussion," Damore wrote. "If Google continues to ignore the very real issues raised by its diversity policies and corporate culture, it will be walking blind into the future — unable to meet the needs of its remarkable employees and sure to disappoint its billions of users." (AMERICAN JOURNAL)

Google C.E.O Sundar Pichai’s verdict on this controversy was in best favor of the company, Reports state that he suggests that the employee should be fired straightaway on not violating company’s code of conduct.
