Good Night dear friends,
It is a cold night and I must away to my bed,
Where my electric blanket will
Chase away the chill, so I can lay
Down my head.
I leave you with an image of serenity,
A state I hope we all can achieve,
In our hearts,
In our minds and in
Our lives,
Especially in our lives.
This is not an easy task,
But one that,
If we can let go of all the struggles of our
Day,
not to mention
All the inherent sorrows
We drag along with us,
I believe we can find peace
Within.
When we can
Do this,
We can love ourselves,
Which is the first
Step in loving each other:
THAT is the most
Important, the
GRANDEST thing of all in our lives.
