Healthy and Nutritious BreakFast

Drinking water on an empty stomach is very beneficial.
It boosts metabolism and detoxify body.
It also helps in weight lost and maintaining freshness of skin.

As you all know that egg is a complete diet full of all essential nutritious ingredients.
Egg is full of protein , vitamins and minerals.
It makes bones strong and is a light diet.

Corn is full of carbohydrates and minerals.It has dietary fibers and antioxidant properties.

Tea makes you fresh , active and energetic because of caffeine content of tea.
It has antioxidant properties. It provide nutrition without calories.
