Here I am now participating in the Golden Censer Challenge 30th edition. You can review the contest rules in the following link.

Today the Golden Censer has given me a verse from the second letter of the apostle Paul to the Thessalonians:

2 Thessalonians 1:4 NIV

Therefore among God’s churches we boast about your perseverance and faith in all the persecutions and trials you are enduring.

The word tells me:

Today the Golden Censer has given me a verse from the second letter of the Apostle Paul to the Thessalonians in which he shows me the misercord of God towards the church in the face of contempt and persecution by society.

It is noteworthy that the perseverance and faith of the believers before the tests will be considered at the time of the Last Judgment. God judges men but is always waiting for our individual response.

Perseverance and commitment can be done by committing myself to the daily reading and meditation of the Holy Scriptures, taking time to be in prayer with the Lord, sharing with the brothers of the church and being attentive to those in need.

My prayer today is for the Church, I ask the Lord to give us the Light so that with our example we can carry his message. That it gives comfort to believers who are suffering persecution because of their faith and that relieves the restrictions of people in need.

Amen.
