CFTC fines banks for precious metals manipulation

Just read that the CFTC is issuing fines to HBC Deutsche Bank UBS. The claim is that certain traders engaged in a scheme to manipulate the price of precious metals and keep the price suppressed. This could be good for all of us who believe in sound money.
Remains to be seen if the Government has any power over the Banks.
