If your a younger invest silver should be a higher percent in your portfolio than gold. If your a much older investor gold should be your high percentage investment. For smaller investor silver makes it easy for you to build a good position of silver in your portfolio. The price of gold and silver may fall so don’t put all your money in one basket. Gold and Silver has a cycle or trend, so holding your gold toward the end of that cycle and sell them at a profit.

Not until recently, many countries like India have made it illegal for individuals to buy gold bars or bullion. That as not stop the Indians from buying gold, the smuggles have been the main source for the indian market. The South African Krugerrand was minted to exploit this opportunity and to earn much needed foreign exchange for that country during the years of economic sanctions.
