Conflicting Goals Isn't a Bad Thing

If you are stuck in a rut in life with conflicting goals, it may be time to start making a decision and take the next step towards success. This decision doesn't have to be made in a hurry though. Instead of going in one direction, you can take the next step in a different direction. It doesn't have to be a difficult decision either, so long as you are willing to make an honest assessment of what is really important to you.

First, you need to evaluate your goals. The only way you are going to make an objective decision is if you are able to honestly answer that question. After you've done that, you need to assess how you can realistically achieve those goals.

Second, evaluate what type of goals you want to achieve. For example, do you want to have money and freedom, or do you just want to be comfortable and happy? The same goes for the opposite goal of "being rich."

Third, you need to set realistic expectations for achieving these goals. Don't expect your goals to be reached in a week or two, because if you don't reach them, then it means you are over-expecting yourself and that you are too high-maintenance.

Fourth, decide how to stay focused on reaching your goals. You can stay on task by following a routine, but if you don't stick to a routine you can lose track of time and get sidetracked.

Fifth, set goals in writing. Write down your goals in black and white so you will know exactly what they are before you start working on them. Remember, you don't want your goals to seem so vague you forget what you want.

Sixth, write down all of the steps you will take in order to reach your goals. Take pictures to remind yourself how you will get there, and make sure you have a plan of action in place. Even if you only need to focus on five minutes, do it. Having a goal written down will help you focus more on accomplishing your goals.

If you don't know where to start when it comes to goals, there are many books and programs available for you. These programs and books can help you figure out what is important to you and start working toward your goals. By taking the time and making a plan, you will have an easier and smoother path to success.

You can always find inspiration from around you to help you along the way as you strive to make your goals. It's also helpful to pay attention to how other people think and act about their lives. If they are successful, then chances are you can be successful as well.

You also need to understand that there are no "right"wrong" answers when it comes to your goals. Your own personality and habits will play a huge role in determining whether or not you will achieve your goals. You need to take the time to determine what you want, and to work at achieving it.

It's also important to remember that your goals can change throughout the course of your life. As we get older, we may find ourselves wanting different things and this doesn't necessarily mean we have failed. to achieve our goals.


So, it's important to think through what you want, even when it's contradictory. It's better to have a goal that is a "dream" than one that is based on a "hope," but a dream. In fact, having conflicting goals is actually quite healthy. It can make us move forward and do things differently.
