ImpactN - how to proceed
Thank you @shanibeer, @steevc, @phoenixwren, @gentmartin and @khackett for your encouraging responses to our first post. Here is a quick overview of what is going on, combined with some thoughts on how to proceed further.
We've got four hot topics at the moment: community building, content collection, platform development and funding.

Community building
A platform without a community is ... EMPTY. So it would be great to grow a Global Goals community right here on Steam, using the tools which are already there, before even having a test version of an application. How can this be done? The best way to start should be content collection, accompanied by spreading the word about this project over social media, radio...
Content collection
As suggested by @gentmartin, a system of tags would be useful to easily identify posts on Global Goal projects. We would propose the following system:
Top-tag for all projects would be #globalgoalsfeed
Second-layer tags would be #people, #creatures, #environment, #economy and #systems.
Where appropriate, multiple second-layer tags may be used.
Platform development
@the1ramp helps us in a tremendous way. Just while I'm writing this, they are building a wire-frame of the Minimum Viable Product. They'll help us with the design as well. Basis for this is a six-page long description of the MVP. Whoever is interested, just DM us: [email protected]
Funding of the project
ImpactN is designed as a social enterprise. The business model is a mix, relying on revenues in FIAT-money for the first years, slowly switching to SMT-based revenues with growing success. We offer a mix of equity and token to investors. Investor-talks are ongoing. Whoever has any recommendation on whom to approach with our pitchdeck is very welcome.
Schedule
We'd suggest the following schedule for the next steps:
Comments on the tags and finalising them until 12-16
Collecting ideas on how to spread the word until 12-31
Develop a template to describe Global Goal projects in an impact-oriented manner until 12-31

Is there any idea of seeking delegations of SP?
@crimsonclad told me about this possibility and @andrarchy pointed out that direction as well. In the longterm we'll probably need curators with a high reputation for the different fields of impact. Delegating them SP would sure be helpful to really identify impactful projects. In the short-term we could be seeking delegation of SP as soon as there are first project (contests) in the #globalgoalsfeed.
I was thinking about how to build your critical mass of community to start the ball rolling.
How would delegation help this? (Sorry, maybe a newbie question...)
You would have more influence, you would be able to reward people with a fat vote if they helped you by offering a good idea, bringing someone else to the table, arranging an introduction etc. You are competing for people's attention: you may have some of this in the MVP description - I'm saving reading it for tomorrow 😊

Hi @gentmartin. We think, the 17 goals will not really work, since most projects contribute to several goals at once. E.g.saving the bees is SDG 2 "Zero hunger" SDG 15 "Life on land", and may be SDG 12 "Resposible Consumption and production" as well. So we could be running out of tags very fast beacuse of the limitation to five tags steem has at the moment. Furthermore, our idea is to use the "free" tags people use to develop further tags.
Great progress and I'm looking forward to joining in this journey. Just a note about the second level tags. Would it not be possible to use the 17 Goals as the second layer tags ? Just for clarity and relatability of the posts ?
