Steemit Learning Challenge S23/W5 ; "Venezuelan Cuisine"

in #globalcuisine-s23w52 months ago (edited)

Hello Steemains friend,

Assalamu Alaikum

Organizer @suboohi on behalf of Exploring Global cuisine of the Steemit Learning Challenge S23/W5 course Thank you very much for giving us the opportunity to pass through the search courses so today I participated in my fifth season again.

✅What is new for you from the course, any spice or cooking technique or anything that you want to share?

Venezuela's cuisine is a little different with cuisine in our country. Especially we use different types of spices especially turmeric ,chili ,garlic, onion and garam masala in our cooking. But a new spice or cooking technique I saw in the recipe today is completely different from our cooking technique however. In some cases cooking methods and Ingredients have a lot in common. We usually don't use rosemary, thyme and oregano much in cooking because they don't fall into our cooking tradition.

But sometimes when it comes to making pizza, I give it as a sprinkle. A flavor of pizza gives an extra heart flavor.
I bought Mary Rose a long time ago out of curiosity but never cooked with this Rose Mary so when I saw this recipe on this course I found the recipe quite good and interesting. It looks like the recipe is very tasty and tempting that anyone would want to taste the recipe once so I didn't delay any more following your recipe and I made it exactly.
Thank you so much for us such a beautiful and different kind of recipe from which we can learn about other countries.

Really today when I made this recipe "Arroz con pollo y Vegetales" with this hat-like spice the flavor and its test I found great. Adding hard spices had a slightly different flavor to this dish that was nice to eat. Really it was pretty tasty and this "Arroz con Pollo y Vegetales" recipe has been pretty liked after I ate it.I made this recipe today on Iftar item. I expressed my desire to make it at home and everyone in my family loved to eat this recipe which is a different kind of recipe for our country in Venezuela.

✅2- Make the given recipe or any recipe that you like from Venezuela cuisine step by step in detail with pictures. Include your name tag with date in final presentationof recipe. (4 pts)

All the ingredients I needed to make this recipe were rosemary, thyme and oregano and Worcestershire Sauce.I have no idea about this sauce and I didn't have it so instead of this sauce I used for the test balance.Today I couldn't collect so I made my recipe with other ingredits except time.

Chicken250gm
Carrots1 cup
Basmati R ice1 cup
Oil2 tbsp
Salt1 tsp
Green Chile4-5 slice
Onion3 big
Rosemary1 tsp
Oregano1 tsp
Soy Sauce2 tsp
Capsicum1 cup
Peas1 cup
Cumin powder1/2 tsp
Pepper powder1 tsp

First cut the chickens into cubes and wash them well and drain the water, then separate the spices one by one in a bowl and mix the spices well with the chicken and leave them marinated for 25 minutes.

After 25 minutes add oil in a pan and chopped onion and garlic and then fry the chicken masala smeared in oil well and when the chicken is frying I will pick up the chicken and put it in a separate bowl and in that spice mixture I will put the carrot well.

I will then add the chicken pitches and give them the amount of water. When the water is soaked in basmati rice water for fifteen to fifteen minutes, then when the water boils, I will add the rice. When the amount of water comes down from the rice, I stir it a little with beans and capsicum, stir it with capsicum and green chillies. Cover with a lid for 10 minutes.

I used green frozen vegetables especially peas and capsicum towards the end of cooking because if the frozen vegetables are hot for a long time, the green color is lost so I used these vegetables after cooking.

Done My delicious very tasty recipe "Arroz con pollo y Vegetales" was served at Jamiat Iftar which was really great to eat I shared the picture with my user id

✅3-Is your local cousin has any food that resembles with the sharp recipe?

This cooking method is quite similar to any Birani item we usually cook, especially Biryani items in our country. Especially we make chicken, beef, mutton biryani this way but in that case rosemary and skip.
Cooking What we use is a combination of vegetables and chicken, chicken vegetable is a fried rice, we make the Boil rice chicken exactly like this, in that case, not only the rice is halved separately and the rest of the methods are the same

✅4- Which flavour or spice do you like from Venezuela cuisine?(

I've never been aware of Venezuelan cuisine and I haven't eaten any of these Venezuelan dishes, so I'm a little less knowledgeable about Menezuela. Moreover, today I've created a Venezuelan recipe that uses Venezuelan special spices Rosemary Time and Oregon to cook. So. I really like venezuela's rosemary and oregano masala because when we prepare birani dishes in our country, especially garam masala, it has an extra flavor that I don't want to eat after a short meal,

but today I use these two spices. I really like the food that I ate Herbs spices have an extra different feature that I eat today when I eat this dish that is very tasty to me and the flavor seems very tempting that the desire to eat the food will wake up again and again

Thank you all on my behalf
Best Regards
