Deepen Ties on Crypto Regulation, Says British Regulator

The chief executive of the UK Financial Conduct Authority, Nikhil Rathi, outlined the FCAs regulatory aims at the Peterson Institute for International Economics on Wednesday.

One area of global focus is crypto, both opportunities and risks, FCA chief says. Currently, our Remit platform is limited to anti-money laundering regulations. We apply the same strict rules as we apply to any other firm that operates in the UK. Wants to work in the market.
