the obvious ways to do this are :

• well upvote ofcourse or you get nothing
• re-steem for bigger exposure, the more votes the more to divide, re-steeming doesnt even cost a thing

• the voting runs auto, always 100%/100% barring network interruptions but i keep a backup in case it misses one for technical reasons
