Steps to select the winners

1) The names of all the voters of the post (see Steemd.com) were transfered to an excel file in the same order in which they appeared on Steemd. 

2) 30 voters were selected randomly through random.org as shown in the following video.

3) Some voters were chosen more than once by random.org; however, the SBD was sent to them only once.
