So, I will use random.org to do the lottery. The user that upvoted with the more voting power will have 15 chances in 24 in each of the 3 times, the others 1 in 24 in once of the 3 times . But if one of the small voters win, will benefit from the SBDs generated by the fat vote of the big voter.
