10 easy ways to lose weight fast.
- Avoid sugary foods.
- Do walk at least 10 minutes each day.
3.Drink at least 10 glasses of water.
4.Do 5 minutes excercise. - Don't drink water after eating.
- Eat an apple regularly.
- Don't skip any meals. especially breakfast.
- Try to eat less on dinner.
- Try to avoid colas , soft drinks and bakery items.
- Don't eat much at once. Take small breaks if you want to eat more.
