10 easy ways to lose weight fast.

  1. Avoid sugary foods.
  2. Do walk at least 10 minutes each day.
    3.Drink at least 10 glasses of water.
    4.Do 5 minutes excercise.
  3. Don't drink water after eating.
  4. Eat an apple regularly.
  5. Don't skip any meals. especially breakfast.
  6. Try to eat less on dinner.
  7. Try to avoid colas , soft drinks and bakery items.
  8. Don't eat much at once. Take small breaks if you want to eat more.
