 On October 11—and the weeks and months before—Plan International USA will celebrate International Day of the Girl. The day shines a spotlight on girls’ rights and the challenges faced by girls everywhere.This year, Plan is launching a campaign with a poignant message: Girls Belong HERE!They belong in corporate board rooms, government offices, and in leadership roles. Their voices fully belong in discussions that affect the political and economic life of their community or country. They belong anywhere and EVERYWHERE a boy or man belongs.
