Okon marys dad left his wife when Mary was 4 years old because she only gave him female children and to him, training a female child is a waste of resources .

Arit then promised to train her female children to any standard they would want to be trained educationally

A petty trader she was moving from one business to another in and out of seasons .
Okon went to INI a local government in Akwa Ibom State leaving his wife and 3 young girls to take whatever life offered
