Homemade Gin #copper

 

Hi,

today my post is about my best friends new hobby. He is making gin and the gin is quite good :-).

He just gave me one gin with that following botanicals:

-   angelica, juniper, cardamon, orange peel and coriander seed 

The taste should be like the copperhead gin but this one have a stronger alcohol taste.

He  showed me a lot of pictures how is making that and what he had to  prepared to make the botanicals "gin-ready. It is very interesting and  also easy to do. If you need more information just comment my post :D
