 Following his departure from Kima Ventures after five fruitful years and an investment portfolio cutting across all spheres, Berrebi founded Magical Capital, an investment and acquisition firm for empowering groundbreaking investors and corporate, and became a late stage investor investing in the $50–500 million range for multiple family offices. He also took on a mentor-ship role for companies and startups he had co-founded or funded, and advisory role with LetterOne Technology Advisory Board, owner of Telco Vimpelcom. 

 Your typical angel investor makes about a handful of investments annually, however, Berrebi has been known to make up to four deals a week. His biggest success so far remains the sale of French email company Sparrow to Google in 2012, which was reported to have returned 18x on the initial investment. It was also reported that Rapportive, a Gmail plug-in linking email accounts to their owner’s social media profile and acquired by LinkedIn returned 5x on investment.Berrebi is continually gravitating towards technological startups and has co-founded the israeli-based coding bootcamp Developers.Institute.
