Seeing ghosts for the first time

So the day I saw a ghost for the first time was at home.
It was around 6 or 7 right when the sun is setting and the world is a blue but everything is still well lit.

I walked into the kitchen for some reason I can't remember and I felt like I needed to walk to the window facing the backyard. As I got closer to the window I saw a couple in the backyard, which at first I thought maybe they were visiting my landlord since we live in a 2 family home, but I noticed that they were in their early 30's and white, my landlord is in his late 70's and guyanese. So now I am confused but almost immediately as these thoughts are rushing into my head I see that they don't match their surroundings.

Looking at them fast they looked like a couple who were a bit too happy to be standing in a backyard, but then you noticed that they look like their picture was taken out of a black and white photo and put into the real world. They also looked translucent and during all this I couldn't take my eyes off of them. Then I see them take out a camera and take a selfie together facing the house, so during all this I couldn't see their face because their backs were facing me.
They then walked into a small 'hallway' right next to the garage, its probably 3 feet wide and 12 feet long, its where we put our garbage.
I waited for them to come back out because there is no way out of there but they never did.
