Recipe for Pan - Fried Salmon with Lemon
- 1 piece of salmon
- 10 grams of butter
- 2 grams of salt
- Half a spoon of black pepper
- Half a lemon
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 2 sprigs of thyme
- 1 spoon of olive oil
The prepared ingredients

Season the salmon with salt, black pepper, lemon juice and a little olive oil, then marinate for 15 minutes.

Heat a pan over low heat and melt the butter.

Put in the unpeeled garlic cloves.

Put the salmon into the pan, adjust the heat to medium and fry for 1 minute.

Flip the salmon over and fry for another minute.
