My friend Nacho has a high value for nutrients, and I believe played a significant role in his transformation. However, we are not talking about food here, rather the internal motivations that you are consuming on the daily. Nacho, violated his social and cultural rules to tend to some mixed motivations. On one hand, he wanted to take care of orphans. On the other hand he wanted fame and fortune of being a luchador (wrestler).
The question for you, is are your motivation's starving, pacifying or feeding you?
Living for the weekend, mindless entertainment, constant luxury...probably pacifying you. Building your life around you, expecting people to see you while ignoring those around you...probably starving.
Seeing those around you, thinking for others, valuing those around as you value yourself...probably eating well and being sustained.
