Here's my weigh in video for the week. Looks like I'm at 70 1/2 kg, which is 155.4 pounds and down from 157.6 pounds last week, for almost exactly a two pound weight loss. Woot woot.
Sorry you can't see the scale very well there. Didn't realize that I should get a lot closer, but I think you can see that it's almost exactly on the 70 kg mark.

Week 3, Workout #3
Walk from Carleret France to Lubeiens, France. Tomorrow, it's Lubeins to La Bastide de Serou where we get a day's break. Yeehaw. We're tired. We've walked 15 miles a day for 2 days in the hot sun. Hope my next weigh in is awesome.

Week 3 Weigh-in. I weigh 70 kg, which is 154.3 pounds. I was probably just above the 70 line, so lets call it 155.

Last weigh in on August 8th. I weigh 72.3 kg. I GAINED weight walking half way across France! Doesn't make any sense, but here it is.
