The most common cause of illness or disease can usually be directly related to stress and or dehydration. Stress in the body can arise from a lack of water intake. This is why it's important to drink the recommended 2.2 - 3 litres of water each day in order to stay hydrated. Water plays a vital role in homeostasis.
