Alleged perpetrator is a "Lampedusa refugee" from Niger

The alleged murderer is a so-called "Lampedusa refugee". As of March 2013, these men had fled from Libya to Italy in the aftermath of the civil war and moved from there to Germany. Some of the group originate from African states that are considered safe. They have already completed an asylum procedure in Italy and therefore refuse to seek a new asylum procedure in Germany and demand a permanent right of residence in Hamburg. Numerous people expressed their solidarity with them, including members of church organizations and associations, artists, football fans, party and trade union members as well as various groups in the left-wing scene.

Niger lies in West Africa, bordered to the north by Algeria and Libya. The former French colony has been independent since 1960. After a period of coups and revolts by the Tuareg, Niger seems to be stabilizing politically. Existence-threatening for the greater part of the Nigerien population are regularly recurring droughts and famine in a too fast-growing population due to lack of birth control.

Niger is one of the poorest countries in the world and in 2016 ranked second to last in the Human Development Index of 188 countries evaluated. The fertility rate (births per woman) is the highest in the world at around 7. 74% of men and 89% of women are illiterate, which means that the country has the lowest literacy rate in the world. 94 percent of the Nigrians are Muslims.

The blogger, Kordewiner, with whom there is direct contact, reports how he and his roommate were awakened at 6:45 am by a squad of prosecutors and police who sought access to their home. When they were denied, they should have gained access by drilling the door lock.

The chief prosecutor Nana Frombach from the press office of the Hamburg prosecutor's office is said to have confirmed the house search on request of the Axis of Good. Kordewiner was accused of having "the very personal sphere of life of a person" - meaning the woman murdered by Mourtala Mardou - "injured by image recordings". This is also the case in the search warrant of the district court of Hamburg, which is the axis of good.

Shortly after the double murder, a Christian gospel singer from Ghana had been there to film the platform. In the video he posted on Facebook, you hear a woman cry, see police officers questioning witnesses, and you see, unlike in all the press photos, all of which were taken after the crime scene cleaner was there, a huge pool of blood. At no point does the man film the victims in close-up or show a face. Most of the time he points the camera at the floor or the tracks next to the platform.

The search warrant officially acknowledges that the baby was beheaded

The Ghanaian was thus demonstrably an eyewitness - and he chatted out what prosecutors and police wanted to sweep under the carpet. That the man has not exaggerated, but now there is proof. Because in the search warrant of the Hamburg District Court states:
