Moscow was aiming to dismantle NATO, turn security in Europe and the Middle East into favor, and China's predatory economy to mourn the features of the South China Sea and turn their neighbors into annoyances. China and Russia are faced with increasing threats from different revisionist powers, such as nations unified by authoritarian models, countries seeking veto power against diplomatic and security decisions

For these reasons, we must throw our men right, orderly and fearlessly. We have to help protect innocent people. This is our conscience.
