It's interesting how there are so many ambitious initiatives that have been established for years now, yet none are quite particularly mastered. Or, they are, it's just not receiving that much publicity. If we go by all of the unearthed papers and conspiracy theories, we would already have had telepathy and flying cars for a number of years now. Instead the masses are still arguing about the latest smartphone.
