WEAPONIZED WEATHER Activist Confronts & DEBUNKS Meteorologists @ AMS 2018!

After discovering that the entire 2017 Hurricane season was being guided by Doppler Radar and fed by massive, synchronized water vapor releases from power plants' WSACs I took my questions to the 2018 American Meteorological Society Conference in Austin. The following is my confrontation, their answers, and my DEBUNK of their bunk replies.
