Very in depth post. I've been following global climate change for a while and the research that is going along with it. I've also been reading up on weather manipulation and your post does a good job explaining this. It is interesting how governments have been doing this for decades and still I would say a large majority of the population has no idea about this. What really concerns me is the long term effect of weather manipulation and the lack of understanding we have in this area.

Thoughts and prayers go out to the people affected by recent natural disasters, but hopefully governments can use these occurrences as a way to come together and work on a solution for our global climate issue, before we reach a point of no return. Great in depth article, we need more of these here on steemit.
