You may need to do some more research @chris-yoder, if you think this is not happening. It is open and notoriously going on and these madmen are selling their books on amazon. Not really a surprise given the U.S. governments track record for experimenting on both military personnel and civilians. Just the facts

@chris-yoder, hello! There is massive documented evidence of the U.S. military experimenting on non-consenting civilians (and military personnel, although by definition are considered consenting). There is SO much, I wouldn't know here to start at this moment, in providing info/proof for you having just read your comment. I appreciate your interest and above comments, and just scanned thru the PDF doc "disproving the SLAP nonsense," in your words. The document does no such thing, not on it's own anyway, but does provide food for thought and further research and reading. So off the top of my head, let's look not to past experiments, but to an experiment scheduled for early 2018 in Newkirk, Oklahoma. While an unscientific question, how about a human one: would you want this test to be performed on your families home? My family, from my 99-yr old granny to her 7 great-grand-children, do call this area home, I am concerned and do NOT consent to this'drill' (consent clearly isn't a consideration for the military, is it?). Call ME crazy, but I'm just not trusting the lying, murderous, military right now. Can you say "liars?"
