HOW TO RECOVER YOUR STEEMIT PASSWORD

For those who have suffered from lost of password or who forgot to copy their generated password at the time of registration, here is a good news for those using chrome and UC browser "you can get your password back" you may have been told ,"once you lost your password no way out, maybe true but there is a way out for those who never give up like my previous post emphasized on giving up "I can't" and I wouldn't have gotten this secret not until last night when all my account were logged out and I forgot to copy my generated password during registration, I almost gave up but my previous post "giving up, "I can't " stood as my inspiration, so I stayed all night trying to find a way out and luckily by 7a.m I got the secret. I will be sharing it with you in two parts.

1. Using chrome and UC browser ; for those who are still logged into their account but don't have their password
2. Using the link sent to you via your email during registration, for those who formatted their previous chrome caches and don't have access at all.

I will be brief , pictures snapshot will give more clarification to you.

Part 1: Using chrome and UC browser.
Steps

1. Go to your chrome home or start page
   

2. Go to settings
   

3. Then to save passwords
   

4. Stroll to where you see your steemit account- click on it
   

5. It will show you a hidden password, click on the "eye icon" and it will request your phone password, out your phone password to unlock and it will be unhidden

1. Go to history - below you will see " clipboard" keep strolling on the copied files until you see your password

Other method:

Go to change password on your steemit account.

Press and hold the account box, an option will to fill your details automatically will pop out ,. Click on it and generate a new password.
