Summary

In response to the passing of the Telecommunications Act in the United States in 1996, John
Perry Barlow published the very famous article A Declaration of the Independence of
Cyberspace, in which Barlow elucidated his vision to build a virtual world integrating
“transactions, communications and thought itself”.
His ideas, however, could not be realized on the basis of the technology 20 years ago. Today we
bring back his mission to the stage again for the blockchain technology has rapidly developed to
a level that is positioned to materialize a decentralized, autonomous virtual world from a
technical aspect.

Genesis represents a DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization) blockchain network of
high performance. This Whitepaper will introduce the governance mechanism of Genesis and the
principle technology of its public chain.
