Genesis Mining - Missing payout update! Still not paying XMR for 14 days now....
Genesis Mining is still not paying XMR and ETH stating that the BTC fork is the reason for this. What does this has to do with that ?
Genesis Mining is holding back XMR for 14 days now and the fork - which generally hasn't anything to do with XMR - was 01.08.2017!
So how can be payouts for XMR get hold back over a week before the BTC fork ?
On facebook and their support comes with new excuses "around the edge" frequently...
Be careful when investing into Genesis Mining before they have solved everything - I don't trust this company anymore - maybe I will make new contracts once they fulfil their contracts!

On July 29 you received in one bulk payout all daily earnings that were missing until that day.
Payouts after July 29 have been temporarily disabled due to some technical glitch in our payout engine. There are a lot of check ups that need to be done to make sure everything is in order. Coins will be sent into your wallets as soon as possible.
We appreciate your support and patience during previous days and thank you for your understanding!

SORRY ARE YOU KIDDING ME ???? WE ARE TALKING ABOUT XMR AND GENESIS MINING HAS NOT PAID OUT XMR SINCE 21.07. AT ALL - GENESIS MINING LIES INTO MY FACE!!!!!
THIS RESPONSE ON MY TICKET MAKES ME REALLY ANGRY....
Another update: I found one day XMR payout in the list for 02.08.2017.
But they have not paid out any XMR for the time period of 22.07.2017 to 01.08.2017 and from 03.08.2017 to now.
What a horrible business behaviour! I can only warn anybody not to invest into Genesis Mining until they solved all their problems and stop cheating using wrong promises!
I have not gotten very many DASH payments lately... Pretty disappointed!
Maybe Hashflare is an option. I have divided my contracts between Genesis Mining and Hashflare. Until now Hashflare is way more reliable in terms of daily payouts.
But I don't know if that changes in future...

I don't believe any of their promises until everything is settled... until now nothing new from the XMR unpaid dates front....
OK this was another lie from Genesis Mining - again no payout! This organisation turns out to get THE storybook scam company!
