Genesis Mining Deleted my account as resolution to my pending Payout

Yes the header says it all, after countless of ticket written they finally decided to delete my account to close the issue. What a great way to resolve issue.... FUCK...

I'm no longer expecting to get a refund, so I'm just writing to warn others especially new ones that would like to invest... Answer this first, are you willing to lose? If not then don't do it. Find other ways to earn bitcoin, like TRADING to legits exchanges.
