Typically the network hash will grow exponentially in a scenario where a coin is pumping, so your ROI could actually go backwards if hashrate grows faster than the value.
If these contracts were only 1 year, I would walk away.
But since they are 2 years in length, I would make a conservative estimate that I will receive ROI in 1 year and then have at least 11-12 months of free mining
It is a calculated risk I am willing to take.

I also agree XMR is undervalued but so is a majority of the crypto's. I think people in the crypto space understand it's importance but it will be slow to be adopted mainstream because of it's specialty use. Of course it will continue to increase with the general market as well. After mainstream adoption of BTC, I think XMR will rocket up.
