Genesis-Mining, who halted all cryptocurreny payouts to their cloud mining customers last week, has announced - via Twitter today - the resumption of the daily pay-outs (both current and outstanding).

In a 5-part Twitter announcement Genesis-Mining had this to say:

The cloud-mining giant owes it's half-a-million plus customers one week worth of mining proceeds following the detection of a security breach on 21st July 2017 and subsequent suspension of all daily pay-outs.
