There is a minimum amount of BTC you need to accumulate before you get your payout.

I get my payouts in LTC. This ensures I get a payout everyday because the minimum amount of LTC you need before getting a payout is far less than the BTC you need to accumulate.

Go to Genesis Mining "Payouts" to see if it is accumulating BTC for you before paying out.

For example: I currently have 67.7950 MH/s in Ethereum mining. It takes 5 days between payouts.
Today's payout from Ethereum mining was 0.01224847 ETH which is not enough to get a payout. It needs to accumulate for about 5 days before I get a payout.
