The title is a little farfetch and is clickbait. But the article is still interesting. For sure, neuroscience and our understanding of the brain will help us to develop new cures for brain deseases.
The point is that it is somewhat utopian, it takes many years to know all the neural connections of human beings and both material resources and specific training. Thank you
