The Diamond is a DeBeers marketing ploy from way back..." Diamonds are a girls best friend" "try to spend at lest X months salary"... evil. Diamonds are not even scarce minerals.
Absolutely correct. The "tradition" of diamond engagement ring was invented by DeBeers to sell what is a fairly common stone.
So they started that trend huh?...🤔 De Beers!!!!
