Things to do in Quarantine
Our lives has been hectic but due to covid people get to slow down a bit. Since staying at home is being asked from all of us to avoid it's spread here are some things we can continually do as extension has been declared.
~~REST - before quarantine we only get two sleep few hours so it's best to catch up on that much needed beauty sleep.
~~RECONNECT- Most of us who are staying with families it's time to bond and get to know more of our family members. Before if you only saw your siblings on dinner or special occasions now get on with that overdue bonding, specially with our parents.
~~LEARN NEW SKILL - you have the time to do what you need so why not add up a new skill be it be cooking or learning a knew language.
~~BINGE WATCH - most are staying at home some companies put it their shows online for people to watch and not think about the stress of staying at home. Go list now a few series you may want to watch.
~~EXERCISE - Eating has been your new bestfriend while staying at home but it's not an excuse to not get healthy. So still make efforts to maintain that healthy bud. Specially health is wealthier during this time.
~~DECLUTTER - Having the time you may want to get rid of things you no longer need and free some space.
