Although raw they are this way:
Its most common color is light brown, but it can be found honey, yellow, orange, red, and even greenish.
And the incredible blue Dominican amber that looks blue in the sunlight by ultra violet rays and under light orthotic as common amber.
Some findings of amber contain small plants, insects such as ants, butterflies, mosquitoes, bees, dragonflies and small animals such as lizards, frogs and scorpions. Due to the confinement, these specimens are not reduced in size and they are preserved as they were before dying, which allows them to preserve small samples of DNA from these beings.

The strangest and only found trapped in amber is the tail of a dinosaur with feathers, which has had a great impact on paleontology.
