You need to get the word out far and wide so people will know about your contest and tell the contestants to share your contest as part of joining so people in their network will become aware of it.
I've done that. A lot said that they will make one but they didn't. Hehe 😁
Perhaps it was too early, grow your audience size some more and hold another contest once you have a bigger number of followers.
