The problem is not that there isn't any plan. The problem is that the UN has no way to enforce a process towards a solution. So, unless you have a solution to make the US support the UN instead of blocking it, you will fail before you even start. The most rational way to solve the issue is to look at what Israel is doing to "control" the US and then undermine and/or copy it for the opposite purpose. Or you could support the blue wave in the US and hope that the new and younger politicians will bring along a new mindset.
