Oh my God, how time flies! I just can't believe we are in week 6 of the challenge, and the last seems to be the best of it all. Trying out something creative is just amazing to end the week.
I believe we all have done so well, and so far, I enjoyed all the classes, and this week's class got my brain thinking, exploring, and imagining what decoration to do. Well, I did something and I hope you'll love it....

I have prepared an edible decorations with fruits accompanying a dish prepared by me.
Preparation step
Start by per-boiling the rice and washing it |

Wash the fruits and vegetables with clean water and salt. Put in a clean bowl and set aside.
In a clean dry pot, add a little vegetable oil, and allow to heat. Add the onions and tomatoes and fry for some time before adding water.
Finally, add all ingredients and taste for salt. Pour in the per-boiled rice and stir. Cover the pot and allow to cook.
Now it's time to get the fruits and vegetables decorations prepared.

Finally, my rice was ready and I dished it into the tray to have a wider view. I had all the fruits and vegetables decorations placed where it ought to be be to give a beautiful look. I hope it looked good.

For our next challenge application, we would like to know what topics you would like to learn with us (pasta, rice, desserts, bread, etc.). What topics do you feel we missed out on this season? Feel free to leave your opinion on this matter |

Firstly, I want to use this medium to say a big thank you to all my teachers. You all have us the best moment in this gastronomy school. It was a moment well spent, and I won't say that I didn't enjoy it, because I did. All the teachings were so much appreciated, and I wouldn't want this class to end too soon. I hope we continue in the next season.
Secondly, concerning the topics, I would love to see us learn the use of cutlery. Well, I feel because we've learned some cooking skills and some foods, so the cutlery would be the next thing to use for dishes. I just wish it would be taken into consideration.
The next one would be food habits and culture. We could explore other cultures and eating habits; I guess that's what describes them.

Lol, why last position? No matter how bad you think you performed, there must be someone who loves it. I don't think there would be anything like last position because we are all learning.
