Las arepas son benditas
al igual que el santo pan
y se pueden acompañar
o ser el el plato principal.
Su color blanco o amarillo,
su olor cuando se asan,
son bendiciones que disfrutamos en casa.
Asadas o fritas,
las puedes acompañar
con jamón, queso, huevo
o lo que desees agregar.
Las ricas arepas peladas,
orgullo del estado Falcón
también las de trigo
que de Los Andes son...
Pero cuando visites Venezuela
no dejes de comer arepa
con chicharrón
ya que, quedarás encantado con su sazón.
En esta oportunidad quise escribirle algo a uno de los platos más representativos de nuestro bello país como lo es la deliciosa arepa venezolana.
