Kirtenbosch Botanical Gardens - Cape Town
After reading about the Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens in Cape Town, I decided that I would love to go through there to see the tree canopy walkway. We packed a picnic basket, threw a blanket in the car and off we went.
The gardens are truly beautiful but you would need to spend a whole day there to take your time to see it all. They also have metal dinosaurs strategically placed which the children love to go look at.
After a snack and feeding the little ones, we made our way up to the tree canopy walkway. I must admit I was a bit disappointed but only because it could have been longer - I found it was way too short.
Overall, a lovely day spent out in nature. Truly a beautiful place to stop off at whenever you might be making a trip to Cape Town.
