Quite the opposite, we share options from our years of research, experience, and dedication to sustainable health and education. Sometimes just knowing that options exist - whether they feel appropriate for you or not - is the hope some sick people need.
It is indeed surprising to hear and learn how vital hydrogen peroxide is to our immune systems, which is why we share our knowledge and resources on the topic.

I was doing this a while back after much research. I kept mine in the freezer and I forget what ratio of peroxide to water I used. When we moved my husband accidentally tossed everything in the fridge and freezer and I had kind of forgotten about it till now. For skeptics, there are numerous books and research to read on the subject. Food grade is way different from the non-food grade off the shelf 3% that people are accustomed to. Don’t consume that kind.
