This whole meal looks outstanding! When I first went vegetarian the first recipe I learned was a frittata and I absolutely loved how versatile they are.
Yes! They are one of our go-to meals. We have chickens who bless us with lots of eggs every day, and we always have fillings on hand that make excellent and unique frittatas. They're a wonderful way to use up leftovers too, or little bits of this or that.
