hello, that taste reads very exotic, more than the juice that results from that combination of vegetables can be reused in other menus and drinks, previously used to discard that juice, with you I learned to use it more and enjoy until the end, love to experience new flavors @ gardenofeden
Oh yes pickle juice has many uses even after the pickles are gone! You can use it for a salad dressing, marinade, sauce, or in beverages - we like to drink straight pickle juice or mix a splash with our green juice for extra flavor!
